Absolutely! We offer free number porting for all plans. We'll handle the entire process of transferring your existing numbers to our platform, so you won't miss a single call during the transition.
Each concurrent VoIP call requires approximately 100 Kbps of bandwidth. For a small office with 10 simultaneous calls, a standard broadband connection of 10 Mbps or more is sufficient. We'll assess your bandwidth requirements during setup.
No special hardware is required. You can use our softphone apps on your computer, mobile, or tablet. If you prefer desk phones, we can recommend and supply compatible IP phones from leading manufacturers like Yealink and Poly.
